Guided Birdwatching Walks
Friends of MBS organises regular Birdwatching Walks for the community along the MBS boundaries, led by people well-versed in birds of the area. Keep an eye on the events schedule above to see when the next walk is taking place, or contact us if you’d like to enquire about organising a group tour.

Saturday 7th
MBS Birdwatching Walk
7.30am -9.00am | Our Birdwatching Walk will commence from Kent Street end of Blackwall Reach Pde, Bicton. Please be there at 7.15am to complete registration. Jennifer Sumpton & Lynley Davey (FoMBS/Birdlife) will lead this Walk (MBS/West Region). Bring sunscreen, hat, bottle of water and binoculars. Please wear closed shoes. We’ll have some spare pairs of binos including for children.
